Chap 8 Is this A New Beginning ?

With Arun shifting in her house, Ghazal was very conscious, as her house was relatively small and without most of the luxuries, Arun had always lived with. But Arun’s relaxed behavior surprised her again. He seemed happy just being with them. As she resumed her school duties, he even helped her with household chores and looked after Vrinda, spending time with her, serving her food as well as her medicines. She couldn’t help but notice that he had really changed a lot. From that seemingly uncaring and indifferent attitude, this all caring and supporting behavior was a welcome change.
             Next two weeks were the happiest for three of them, both Ghazal and Arun taking turns to spend time with Vrinda during the daytime, but it was evening time which three of them enjoyed. After Dinner everyday, they either watched a cartoon programme or played ludo , chess or any other indoor game. As Vrinda recovered and gained a little strength, they even went for a drive and spent sometime at the nearest park. Even Ghazal’s colleagues and friends at school noticed and even commented on her looking more relaxed and smiling more.
