Chap 38 Love You Forever
Ghazal’s life had taken a new turn, more at peace with herself, she shook herself and started gathering the broken pieces of her life. One day, while rearranging her things, she came across her old diaries. A bitter-sweet reminder of her past, she had tucked them away . She remembered the smiling face with those loving eyes, which had inspired many of her poems and writings. A gush of wind disturbed some of the loose pages, and trying to collect them, she came across Vaibhav’s letter. The pink sheet still carried a faint fragrance, her favourite, which brought a lump to her throat. She opened the sheet lovingly and his beautiful words in his pearl like handwriting looked up :
No matter what the time is, I’ll always be there with you. Whenever you’ll remember me with closed eyes, I’ll come to stand beside you, hold you in my arms, hug you and be with you. We may or may not be tomorrow, but our love will always be there in your words for me and my songs for you. LOVE YOU FOREVER and even after that
She re-read the letter thrice, feeling her love near her. She knew now what Vaibhav would have liked her to do, had he been alive. She had come to a decision now and immediately felt at peace . She collected her papers and diaries, collecting her life too with them, and got ready to embark on a new JOURNEY.
